Returns Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our e-commerce platform. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery for items that meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached and intact
- Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear)
- Socks and hosiery
- Personalized or customized items
- Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or (65) 83690085 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Complete the return form included with your original order
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to our Singapore address
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received was incorrect
- The item was defective or damaged upon arrival
- There was an error on our part in processing the order
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
6. Inspection and Processing
All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt at our facility:
- Inspection is completed within 5 business days of receipt
- We will notify you via email once inspection is complete
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval
- If items don’t meet return criteria, they will be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense
7. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued using the original payment method:
- Credit card payments: Refunded to original card (5-10 business days to process)
- PayPal payments: Refunded to PayPal account (3-5 business days)
- Bank transfers: Processed within 7 business days
- Store credit: Issued immediately upon approval (with 10% bonus value)
8. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size exchanges (subject to availability)
- Color exchanges (subject to availability)
- Defective item replacements
To request an exchange, contact our customer service team before returning the item.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
For damaged or defective items received:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage/defect
- We will arrange for free return shipping
- Choose between replacement or full refund
- Replacement subject to stock availability
