We offer multiple shipping options to cater to different needs:

- Express Shipping (3-7 business days)
- Priority Shipping (1-3 business days)
The available shipping methods may vary depending on your location.
4. Shipping Destinations

Delivery timeframes commence from the date of shipment and vary by destination:
- Southeast Asia: 3-10 business days
- North America & Europe: 7-15 business days
- Other regions: 10-20 business days

7. Order Tracking
All orders come with tracking numbers. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.
8. Customs and Import Duties
International customers are responsible for:

- Import duties and taxes
- Any additional brokerage fees
We cannot predict these charges as they vary by country.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses. Some countries may have restrictions on certain clothing items. It is the customer’s responsibility to check local import regulations before ordering.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers must ensure shipping addresses are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional fees.
11. Failed Deliveries
If delivery attempts fail due to:
- Incorrect address
- Recipient unavailable
- Refusal to accept package
Additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery attempts.
12. Shipping Insurance
All shipments include basic insurance coverage. For high-value orders (above SGD $500), we recommend purchasing additional insurance coverage during checkout.
13. Damaged or Lost Packages
In case of damaged or lost packages:
- Report within 7 days of delivery (for damage)
- Report within 30 days of expected delivery (for lost packages)
- Provide supporting documentation and photos
We will initiate investigations with the shipping carrier.
